Kumprami Seller Policy
These policies all make part of our Terms and Conditions and are subject to change.
Kumprami offers a variety of services to make it easier for sellers to get their one-of-a-kind products into the hands of buyers quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains your shipping obligations as a seller and your rights and responsibilities when using Kumprami’s services.
This policy is a part of our Terms and Conditions. By becoming a Kumprami vendor, you’re agreeing to this policy and our Terms and Conditions.
Kumprami is responsible for shipping Kumprami vendor’s sold items to buyers. We will make sure that the sold items reach its destination.
Vendors are not allowed to use any other means of shipment to transport their products to their buyer’s unless agreed upon by Kumprami.
Vendors are allowed to cross-sell and up-sell on the platform by linking them to one another.
Any linking of products to another domain that isn’t part of the Mi-Family, such as informami, kumprami, edukami and others, is not allowed unless these were applied via our affiliate program methods.
Kumprami is a venue made up of independent sellers who run their own shops. This means that each seller is responsible for their own policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns. Individual policies will vary from shop to shop.
As a seller on Kumprami, you’re expected to clearly state your policies regarding returns and refunds in your shop policies. This includes:
- Whether or not you accept returns
- The time frame in which you may accept a return
- Who will pay for the cost of return shipping for any items that are sent back to you
If for some reason the seller doesn’t have your own product return policy, his rights will default to our product return policy which includes:
- All kumprami shop owners accept returns in a period of 14 days time.
- The costs of return are applied to the customer.
- All returns need to be provided with the purchase order receipt received from Kumprami.
